Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team. As a travel CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners, preparing patients for exams, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and patient care
  • Perform quality control checks on CT scanners and report any issues to management
Requirements:
  • ARRT-CT certification
  • Current licensure in Connecticut (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience with Siemens and GE equipment
  • Ability to work independently in ER and scan all types of ER CT scans, including cardiac
  • Physical ability to lift 50-100lbs
