Job Summary

This role will support key safety, service, and cost initiatives through identifying opportunities and preparing recommendations to drive a profitable return on investment for Fleet assets and processes. The Analyst, Fleet Asset will review data, quantify business opportunities, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and communicate recommendations to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with managers to understand business needs and identify potential data-oriented solutions for Fleet management programs and processes
Analyze data to identify trends and patterns and create data-oriented models that improve fleet processes and optimize safety, service, and cost
Document current and future state process flows and modified standards for process improvement opportunities
Assist in designing, updating, enhancing, and establishing processes around efforts to improve safety, service, and cost across the fleet organization
Develop and maintain documentation of best practices, procedures, and policies related to fleet business process
Document training plans for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to communicate & manage change in work process, as well as scorecards and dashboards to monitor improvements
Track and support key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with goals and objectives
Provide regular reporting on the performance of business process to key stakeholders
Support partnering and consensus building across fleet functions and with other internal and external stakeholders, as needed

Requirements

0 -1 year experience
Ability to translate data insights into specific optimization and improvement actions
Ability to conduct a thorough analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement
Proficiency with Microsoft Office with the ability to present clear and concise information to key stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage time and balance multiple tasks with competing deadlines

Education

Bachelor's degree in information technology, business operations, supply chain, finance, economics, or equivalent experience

Certifications/Training

Six Sigma Certification - Green Belt
Knowledge of reporting tools such as Tableau, Power Bi or equivalent tools
