Job Summary:

Epic Mountain Express, a leading provider of ground transportation services, is seeking a skilled Shuttle Driver to join our team. As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a critical role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests by providing safe and exceptional transportation services.

We offer a variety of schedules, including days, nights, weekends, and weekdays, to accommodate your preferences. Our team environment is fun and local, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring the safety of our guests.

The expected pay range for this position is $20.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn more through tips and overtime pay. We also offer a range of benefits, including free passes, ski and snowboard lessons, and 40% retail discounts.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Follow regularly scheduled routes from airports to resorts and respond to requests from dispatch or management for unscheduled pickups or drop-offs
  • Provide excellent customer service, loading and unloading guests' luggage
  • Take care of your shuttle with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, fueling and cleaning the vehicle at the end of your shift
  • Accurately record and submit all required information
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • No CDL required
  • Have a Motor Vehicle Record (or list of traffic offenses) that meets company safety standards
  • Have a Satisfactory background check
  • Be able to read, write, speak and comprehend the English language
  • Be able to read, understand and comprehend all Company and regulatory agency forms
  • Pass a U.S. Department of Transportation physical examination
  • Be able to lift up to 60 lbs
  • Get a CO driver license within 30 days of employment (unless CDL)
