Experience in driving growth for subscription services through direct communication channels (e.g., Emails, Push notifications, etc.).

As a Software Engineering Manager, you will possess the technical acumen to lead significant projects while managing a team of Engineers.

Your role will not only involve optimizing your own code but also ensuring that your team members can enhance their own work. In this position, you will oversee project objectives, contribute to product strategy, and facilitate the development of your team.

Teams operate across various sectors within the company, including information retrieval, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, distributed computing, large-scale system architecture, networking, security, data compression, and user interface design; the opportunities are extensive and continually expanding.

With a focus on scale and efficiency, our exceptional software engineers are just beginning their journey, and as a manager, you will guide their path.

With both technical and leadership skills, you will manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, handle a substantial product budget, and oversee the implementation of large-scale projects internationally.

Compensation: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$284,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

The displayed range reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.

Individual pay within this range is influenced by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities: Develop the mid-term technical direction and roadmap for your (often multiple) team(s). Adapt the roadmap to meet anticipated future requirements and infrastructure needs.

Design, guide, and evaluate system designs within the broader scope, and write product or system development code to address ambiguous challenges.

Manage and mentor a team of 10 passionate and highly motivated engineers who are integral to expanding our subscription business.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Program Management, Marketing, etc.) to identify essential requirements for development.
Provide technical guidance, judgment, and mentorship to the team while emphasizing technical excellence to create high-quality solutions.
