Job Overview:
We are looking for a mechanically inclined individual who can effectively shear and brake parts. Our ideal candidate is eager to learn and grow within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Produce high-quality products that align with customer and design specifications while minimizing waste and rework costs.
2. Execute operations within established time standards.
3. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless departmental operations in support of team and divisional objectives.
4. Adhere to and actively promote established safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
5. Foster a positive workplace atmosphere through professional behavior and communication.
6. Participate in mandatory communication and safety meetings, actively listening and contributing.
7. Complete all necessary training, including safety, quality, and procedural training.
8. Commit to safety and quality goals throughout the facility.
9. Maintain and clean equipment as required.
10. Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally.
11. Read and interpret blueprints and process routings.
12. Utilize shop math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in various units of measure.
13. Safely move materials across the production floor, including operating overhead cranes and forklifts.
14. Operate pneumatic tools safely and efficiently.
15. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
16. Be available for overtime, including weekends, as business needs arise.
17. Exhibit strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to identify hazards, following safety requirements to mitigate risks.

$30.00 per hour
