Position Title: Senior Industrial Security Specialist - Facility Security Officer (FSO)

Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is in search of a Senior Industrial Security Specialist - Facility Security Officer (FSO) to join our vibrant team. The selected individual will oversee security operations and programs as a Facility Security Officer (FSO) with potential additional responsibilities for proprietary activities (SAP/SCI).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage program documentation and perform various administrative and data management tasks as required.
2. Oversee and implement all facets of industrial security programs in accordance with DoD Manuals, 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM, ICD's, and other relevant government security regulations.
3. Ensure accountability for daily onsite security operations within DoD and Proprietary environments.4. Conduct multiple security disciplines, including personnel security, physical security of facilities, alarm responses, document control, visitor management, access briefings, indoctrinations/debriefs, and classified meeting support.
5. Execute Internal Security Controls through compliance assessments and self-inspections to ensure adherence to government and company standards.
6. Assist with Government Security Investigations by collecting and analyzing data, drafting reports, and conducting interviews to evaluate compliance with regulations.7. Administer the Security Awareness Training & Education (SATE) Program to ensure security awareness initiatives are effectively implemented and tracked monthly.
8. Support the Primary COMSEC Account Manager with COMSEC responsibilities for the location.
9. Collaborate with security teams at other Boeing locations to ensure comprehensive corporate security and proper execution of National Policy.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work at the specified location.Security Clearance Requirements:
This position necessitates an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active within the last 24 months is considered active.
This role requires a successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by federal government within the last 5 years, or the candidate must have been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years.
This position requires SCI eligibility.This role requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Full Scope and/or Counter Intelligence (CI) polygraph.
This position requires the ability to obtain program access, for which U.S. Citizenship is required.
Additional Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1. 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: NISP, SAP, and/or SCI.
2. Previous experience as a Facility Security Officer (FSO)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent work or military experience.
2. Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with all levels of personnel, including executives.
Typical Education / Experience:
Education and experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.)
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must reside in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
Travel:
This position may require travel up to 10% of the time.
