Job Summary

Phaxis is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Analyst Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized behavior support plans for our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement behavior support plans, including training of personnel
  • Analyze data and progress of students to inform treatment approaches
  • Collaborate with clinicians and other teams to ensure holistic and integrated student progress
  • Provide crisis management and classroom support as needed
  • Maintain open lines of communication with care providers, students, and family members
Requirements
  • M.S. in clinical, applied behavior analysis, educational, psychology, or a related field
  • Active New York State License and BCBA certification (preferred)
  • At least 2-5 years' experience in conducting functional behavioral assessments and interventions
  • Experience working with students with developmental disabilities
