Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with parking-related issues, responding to phone calls and emails, and working collaboratively with full-time staff to resolve customer complaints. You will also be involved in event operations, including sales, controlling access, and assisting during student arrival and departure.

Required Skills and Qualifications

No prior experience is required, but we are looking for candidates with excellent customer service and basic office skills. You must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
