The Team Member is the core of the Caribou experience, responsible for delivering unparalleled guest service, crafting beverages, and bringing the company's purpose and values to life in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service by developing personal relationships, practicing active listening, and anticipating guest needs.
- Hand-craft beverages to order, following Caribou's standard operating procedures.
- Prepare and serve food offerings, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Float between barista and guest service roles, taking direction from leaders and prioritizing tasks.
- Manage cash drawer, follow cash handling policies, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Actively think about future needs, differentiate between problems that can be solved directly and those requiring leader support.

Requirements:
- Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience preferred.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands for this position include seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours. These demands may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.
