About the Role

In this dynamic position, you will lead a high-performing team to execute on business strategies, achieve results, and drive growth of the business. Your key responsibilities will include coaching bankers to engage customers, identifying opportunities for making banking easier through education and demonstration of digital options, resolving low to moderately complex issues, and mentoring talent development of direct reports. You will also assist in hiring talent and lead the branch while engaging stakeholders, peers, and internal partners in collaboration to deliver a customer-centric experience.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess 4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education. Additionally, you must have 2+ years of leadership experience, including management experience, ability to build and inspire a team, and exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills to manage time, prioritize, and delegate tasks in a complex environment.
