At The Wendy's Company, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Leader to join our team. With a minimum of three to four years of experience in leading people, preferably in the foodservice industry, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations.

As a key member of our management team, you will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of Shift Managers and Crew Members. Your primary objective will be to ensure that every shift is better than the last, by providing guidance and support to your team members.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, with some college experience or military background being a plus. You will also possess a demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment, with knowledge of food safety procedures and standards.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure takes into account the average salary range for similar positions in the foodservice industry.
