The CFO is accountable for the complete financial management of the agency, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Reviews and interprets financial statements, including balance sheets and cash flow reports, to assess the agency's financial health.
  • Budget Preparation: Develops and presents financial reports and budgets for the agency and its programs to the CEO and Finance Committee.
