We are seeking a results-driven Market Manager to lead our recruitment and sales efforts in Heth, AR-72346. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing lasting relationships with clients and talent, and providing innovative staffing solutions.

- Lead a team in delivering exceptional recruitment and sales services to clients.
- Develop and execute a business development plan to drive personal and team production.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and talent.
- Recruit, interview, coach, and retain top talent for clients and your local team.
- Provide innovative employment solutions that consistently delight clients and talent.
About You:
- Proven track record of B2B selling and growing accounts while leading others.
- 3-5 years of experience in staffing agency management or similar role.
- Success using analytics and relationships to drive results.
- History of leading and growing successful teams.
Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
