Job Summary

EquipmentShare is seeking a highly skilled Heavy Equipment Technician to join our team. As a Heavy Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services for a variety of heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts
  • Use advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
  • Assist in the training of lower-level technicians as needed
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of work performed
  • Assist with the pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts
  • Travel to customer job sites as required to perform repairs and maintenance
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school certificate preferred
  • Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
  • Extensive knowledge of construction equipment and schematics
  • Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move freely
