Job Title: Child Welfare Advocate Director

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Child Welfare Advocate Director to lead our foster care recruitment team at One More Child. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to recruit and retain foster families in Florida.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to meet established caseload and new foster home requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify areas of need and develop action plans to support recruitment goals.
  • Establish relationships with church and community partners to promote foster care recruitment activities.
  • Host informational meetings and events to engage potential foster families.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of recruitment efforts in Raiser's Edge database.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Valid Florida driver's license required.
  • Prior experience in leadership roles, public speaking, sales, marketing, or recruitment preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently.
