Automotive Sales Consultant

Taylor Grubaugh Chevrolet in Waynesville, Missouri is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Leasing Consultant to join our team.
As a Sales and Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing new or used vehicles, as well as handling all aspects of the sales and leasing process.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain knowledge of all new and used vehicles in inventory
- Assist customers in selecting and test driving vehicles
- Understand and explain financing and leasing options to customers
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers while maintaining the dealership's profit margin
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for the sales and leasing process
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Meet or exceed sales and performance goals set by the dealership
- Continuously build and maintain a network of potential clients through various sales and marketing techniques
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new vehicle models, and features
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in using computer systems and various software applications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
