Key Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing the office premises.
- Managing phone calls and coordinating appointment schedules.
- Welcoming patients upon arrival.
- Collecting relevant information from patients during their initial visit.
- Performing typing and filing duties.
- Documenting patient activities and overseeing patient accounts.
- Processing payments and financial transactions.
- Collaborating with assigned clinicians to ensure client files are current.
- Undertaking special projects as directed by management.
- Executing additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Providing backup support for various office functions.
