Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute proactive marketing strategies to attract potential residents and achieve optimal occupancy rates.
  • Act as the primary contact for leasing inquiries, scheduling sales appointments, converting prospects into residents, and conducting unit tours.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve and sustain full occupancy at optimal rates for financial stability.
  • Conduct regular unit inspections to ensure presentation readiness and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage daily records of activities and traffic, and implement guest card and follow-up procedures consistently.
  • Provide prompt responses to application status inquiries and manage resident service requests accurately and promptly.
  • Supervise the hiring and training of new leasing staff and assist with phone inquiries and general administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Proficiency in computer use and basic math skills.
  • Strong typing and record-keeping abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Knowledge of Entrata software is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent customer service and effective communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
