**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scientist/Project Manager to join our team at Talent Collaborative Group, Inc. in the ecological sciences sector. The ideal candidate will have expertise in environmental permitting, project management, and regulatory reviews for various projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead wetland delineations and oversee staff conducting ecological field work
  • Ensure compliance with environmental requirements and regulations
  • Contribute to biological and geological studies, review scientific reports, and represent the company in public meetings with regulatory agencies
  • Manage multiple projects and mentor junior staff
  • Travel and participate in public hearings as required

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in environmental science or related field
  • 7-10+ years of experience in environmental permitting, with expertise in wetlands
  • Ability to conduct wetland delineations, habitat assessments, and restoration planning
  • Strong knowledge of environmental statutes and regulations
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the USA
