As a Seasonal Sales Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth during the holiday season.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by Example: Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and set the tone for a positive and engaging shopping experience.
- Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom organization, and maintain a visually appealing sales floor.
- Cash Handling: Accurately process transactions, manage cash handling procedures, and maintain a secure and organized cash handling area.
- Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, maintain a clean and safe store environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Proven supervisory experience in a retail or sales environment, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Flexibility: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of 20-30 hours per week.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
