Key Responsibilities...
Ensures the effective management and processing of shipments for the Club, adhering to Company policies and procedures by establishing and posting delivery timelines;
compiling and organizing receiving documentation; verifying inventory counts; directing products to appropriate locations; and managing expenses.
Receives goods for the Facility, and organizes and maintains the Receiving area by following Company protocols, utilizing equipment
efficiently; merchandising; and completing necessary paperwork.
Monitors and processes claims by returning damaged items; managing liquidation stock; maintaining and cleaning the clearance section; and
leveraging technology to capture essential reporting and documentation.
Upholds the safety of the facility by adhering to all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines; conducting safety inspections; following proper forklift operation
protocols; adhering to procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials; complying with company safety standards; and
addressing and/or reporting unsafe conditions to facility management.
Adheres to company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing the Open Door Policy;
and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
Completes work assignments and priorities by utilizing policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other
business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; executing tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and
recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, challenges, and feedback.

*The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be awarded in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour under specific circumstances.
