Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Express. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, while also assisting with sales floor operations, customer service, and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with purchases, including processing transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and providing product recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising efforts, including setting up displays, creating window displays, and maintaining store fixtures.
  • Assist with sales floor operations, including processing sales, handling customer transactions, and maintaining store inventory.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0-2 years of retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
