**Job Summary:**

This Telehealth Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals across various healthcare settings. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide exceptional patient care and support through telehealth services

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and develop effective treatment plans

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals through verbal and written correspondence

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and progress

- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and industry developments

**Requirements:**

- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)

- Valid BLS certification

- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in electronic medical records and other relevant software applications

**Salary Information:**

The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits and bonuses may also apply.
