Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of licensed therapists and support staff in providing integrated behavioral health services
- Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet the needs of our clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Master's degree in Social Work or Psychology
- 4+ years of post-license clinical experience in integrated behavioral health, specialty mental health, or brief therapy models
- 1+ year of leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience
- Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Social Worker in California
- Competitive base salary between $85k and $130k
- Sign-on bonus
