Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients over the phone.
- Evaluate new callers and determine their case fit based on our law firm's criteria.
- Set appointments for new callers who meet our criteria to keep our lawyers' schedules organized.
- Manage office correspondence and administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and confirming appointments with potential and current clients.
- Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure efficient management of our cases in our CRM system.
- Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email writing to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with customers on the phone is essential.
- A strong understanding of Microsoft Office products is required.
- Proficiency in Gmail, Google Calendar, and QuickBooks is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are necessary.
- The ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality is also required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree or paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program is preferred.
Benefits
$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
