Dewberry is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer/Project Manager to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading design and construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Your expertise in civil engineering and project management will be instrumental in driving project success and delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project teams in the design and construction of land development and capital improvement projects
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
• Coordinate project submittals and facilitate regulatory agency approvals
• Provide technical expertise to design staff and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with clients and agency staff to ensure project success
Requirements:
• BS degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 6-10 years of experience in design and construction of land development and capital improvement projects
• NC PE license or ability to obtain within two months
• Strong computer skills utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D, storm water modeling software, and Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work and interact with clients, maintain project budgets and schedules
