Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and families to formulate effective care plans.
  • Set realistic, measurable short- and long-term goals for patient care, implementing interventions to reduce rehospitalizations and continuously evaluate outcomes.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments as directed by physicians.
  • Delegate nursing tasks to team members and supervise their execution to ensure quality care.
  • Facilitate communication of patient information among staff and across shifts.
