We are seeking motivated Registered Nurses to provide professional nursing care for residents in our Long Term Care Facility.

About Our Facility:

Mattapan Health & Rehabilitation Center offers short-term rehab, long-term care and respite care services in a tranquil environment. With a focus on patient-centered care, we strive to deliver exceptional outcomes and improve the quality of life for our residents.

Shifts and Hours:

We offer full-time (FT) hours with available shifts, including overnight (11p-7a) shifts that require weekday and weekend work. This allows us to provide comprehensive care while promoting work-life balance.

Requirements:

To be eligible for this position, you must possess a current MA Registered Nurse (RN) license and at least one year of prior experience working as an RN in a skilled LTC setting. We prioritize the health and safety of our residents, staff, and visitors by implementing remote interview processes, providing personal protective equipment, conducting temperature screenings, adhering to social distancing guidelines, and maintaining sanitizing procedures throughout our facility.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year based on location and experience.
