Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely stocking of medications and supplies in automated supply cabinets and other areas of the hospital.
  • Assist with the dismissal of medications and supplies for patients.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory, including ordering, receiving, and auditing.
  • Clean designated areas of the hospital and follow proper cleaning protocols.

Requirements

  • Experience working in the veterinary or medical field, or experience with medical equipment and instrumentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to safely move and handle up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with practice management software systems.
  • Experience handling horses.
  • Licensed/Certified/Registered veterinary technician.

Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks effectively. The successful candidate will be required to have a criminal conviction check.
