About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced HDD Foremen, Operators, Locators, as well as skilled and unskilled laborers. Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
HDD Foreman ($30-$40/hr):
- Manage daily operations of the HDD crew
- Ensure completion of all necessary documentation at the end of each workday
- Conduct daily safety briefings
- Clarify roles and responsibilities for operators, locators, and laborers
- Provide training for new operators and laborers
- Confirm locates and all setup details for each bore shot
Qualifications
- Possession of a Class A CDL is mandatory
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HDD crew operations
- Strong communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
