Job Title: Deputy Director for Clinical Programs

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to serve as our Deputy Director for Clinical Programs. This senior leadership role will oversee our clinical services across residential and non-residential locations, ensuring the safety and well-being of veterans, particularly those with disabilities who are experiencing or exiting homelessness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff supervision and clinical program oversight
  • Quality review and delivery of comprehensive care to veterans in our housing programs and Service Centers
  • Program implementation and oversight, including adherence to best practices and laws regarding confidentiality, privacy, and reporting requirements
  • Community partnerships and advocacy for veterans' mental and behavioral health funding and policy needs
  • Contract oversight and management, including grant writing and reporting
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field
  • Valid CA BBS License required (MFT, LCSW, LPCC) along with the ability to supervise BBS Interns
  • Experience providing counseling and other services to underserved and marginalized communities
  • Experience in managing community-based programs and providing clinical supervision to BBS registered Interns
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity and understanding of veterans and homelessness issues with an emphasis on the challenges with readjustment
  • Ability to manage and implement program design and implementation of services
  • Ability to supervise and motivate staff in a multi-services-oriented setting
