Job Summary

Capstone is seeking a highly skilled System Integration Engineering Branch Lead to support our Navy client at Schofield Barracks in Hawaii. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the System Engineering Branch and providing technical expertise in system integration, modeling, and simulation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead the System Engineering Branch to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight for all system integration, modeling, and simulation activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • IAT II and Computing Environment (CE) certification.
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or a related field.
  • 5 years' experience in planning advanced computer system architectures, supervising implementation of communication systems, and integration of computer systems and interfaces in distributed architectures.
  • 5 years' experience operating and maintaining infrastructures that include network engineering, Linux and Windows system administration, and storage engineering solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in a related field.
  • Professional certifications, such as ITIL or Agile.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and DevOps practices.

Capstone offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on location, skills, and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
