About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at PeopleSuite. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, operation, and maintenance of our production equipment, support systems, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Select, develop, and manage the daily activities of our maintenance team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of plant production equipment, support systems, and facilities, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Coordinate, implement, and continuously improve our Preventative Maintenance Program, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Financial Management: Assist in managing the financial aspects of tool crib inventory, including controlling stock levels, purchasing, and standardizing parts.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of equipment repairs, purchased components, and company property assigned to the Maintenance Department.
  • Communication: Regularly update the Plant Manager on the progress and challenges faced by the Maintenance staff, and communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in maintenance.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within operations or maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, and proficient in computer usage and typing.
