About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic UX Producer to join our team at Creative Circle. As a UX Producer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the User Experience Design & Research team functions at a high level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the UX workflow and help to improve ways of working
  • Support UX team objectives and partner with UX teams to evaluate scope and level of effort
  • Set and enforce timelines, milestones, and schedules, and maintain a backlog of UX demand
  • Help plan and track the scope of UX initiatives, identify and remove workflow bottlenecks and barriers
  • Identify and propose process improvements, shepherd work through design reviews and approvals
  • Help to triage and manage design feedback, communicate program and team status, and increase UX efficiency
  • Conduct retrospectives and strengthen relationships and partnerships within UX and beyond
Requirements
  • Experience working within UX, detail-oriented and highly perceptive
  • Ability to engage and collaborate with diverse teams, work through ambiguity and determine a clear direction
  • Experience working in agile methodologies, strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail, expertise in project management
Nice to Haves
  • Understanding of design thinking methodologies, experience as a UX designer or program manager for large initiatives
  • Certifications in project/program management, agile certifications
