About the Role

As a Shift Manager at Wendy's, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements
