We are seeking a positive and upbeat general dentist to join our team at Ocean Dental. As a pediatric-focused clinic, we provide an unmatched dental experience to children and adults.

About the Role

We are looking for a dentist who loves working with kids, teens, and young adults. You will provide exceptional customer service and care to all our patients, while also serving as a strong leader and mentor for other staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality dental care to children and adults
  • Offer great customer service and care to all patients
  • Lead and mentor other staff members
  • Meet production targets and earn a competitive compensation package
What We Offer

We offer a competitive pay and compensation structure, with a daily guarantee and no limit on earning potential. You will also receive 3 weeks of PTO and 7 paid holidays, CE and licensure reimbursement, and a range of additional benefits.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental education program, a current and valid license to practice dentistry, and certifications such as CPR and DEA. New grads are welcome to apply.
