Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Call Center Representative to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients by responding to their inquiries about our banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with their banking needs through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Communicate with retirees regarding our products and services.
  • Answer inbound calls from customers and provide timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
  • Support increased client needs during tax season.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of call center experience within a financial institution.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Spanish speaking candidates are highly preferred.
