Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including internal resources and third-party vendors.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the success of projects.
  • Communication and Reporting: Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in managing water and wastewater plant projects.
  • Skills: Proven project management skills, technical knowledge, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical Requirements

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Frequent travel by car.
  • Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with varying noise levels.
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
  • Meet specific vision requirements.
