Position Overview
We are currently seeking a full-time Service Dispatcher to efficiently coordinate with our service technicians, ensuring that our clients receive the attention they deserve. Key Responsibilities
As a Service Dispatcher, your daily tasks will include:
- Arriving at the office prepared to optimize scheduling efficiency while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Assessing customer needs and assigning HVAC or plumbing technicians to jobs based on their skills and availability.
- Monitoring service experts to ensure they meet revenue targets.
- Reviewing invoices post-service and conducting follow-up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction.
You will leave each day knowing that your efforts contribute significantly to providing essential services to the community.
Qualifications
To be considered for the Service Dispatcher role, candidates should possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- The ability to participate in an on-call rotation.
- Strong customer service abilities.
While prior dispatch experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Experience in the HVAC or plumbing sector is a plus. We are looking for strong communicators with excellent time management and organizational skills who can effectively prioritize tasks and work collaboratively.
Work Schedule
This position typically involves a full-time schedule with the flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation during peak seasons.
