Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and insights.
  • Develop a conceptual architecture flow for identified projects.
  • Produce detailed designs that encompass functional process flows, business logic, and data model descriptions.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to decompose projects into actionable user stories.
  • Create storyboards that visually represent user story designs and conduct reviews with the Product Owner.
  • Oversee internal testing processes to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Support the Product Owner in the acceptance of user stories.
  • Establish best practices to enhance project efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Required).
  • Master's Degree in a relevant field (Preferred).
  • Proven experience in implementing software solutions, particularly in key modules related to production, quality, and warehouse management.
  • Strong background in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) implementations, including automation and production monitoring.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • A minimum of 8 years in a Supply Chain, LES, MES, ERP, or Automation role, demonstrating familiarity with business processes.
  • At least 8 years of experience in the Information Technology sector.
  • Programming skills in C#, SQL/PL SQL, Java, and web-based technologies.
  • Experience with SAP or Oracle applications is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with integration tools such as Biztalk Server, SAP Business Connector, and SAP PI is a plus.
  • Business Process Certifications, such as APICS or CPIM, are beneficial.
  • Strategic Program Certifications, including Six Sigma Black Belt, are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% within the United States.
