Compensation: $21.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Temporary to permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a substantial volume of incoming inquiries from both residential and business clients regarding their waste management and recycling services.
  • Deliver exceptional customer support in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
  • Assist with additional responsibilities as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably within an inbound customer service role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with industry practices and procedures.
  • Experience in a high-volume call center setting.
  • Ability to work with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Professional demeanor and attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous.
