Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, ensuring patients receive personalized care and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
  • Collaborate with the Physical Therapist to develop and implement patient treatment plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Assist with equipment maintenance and cleaning, ensuring a safe and efficient treatment environment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatment and billing information, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.


Qualifications
  • Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Virginia.
  • Basic Life Support or cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification, as required by state regulations.
  • A minimum of one year's experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant, with a strong understanding of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injuries.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
