We're seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Sleep Expert. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Create a welcoming environment where customers feel at the center of everything we do.
• Provide expert knowledge and product information to customers, ensuring they find the perfect mattress and sleep solution.
• Drive individual sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) while upholding company values and supporting initiatives.
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout and after the purchase process, resolving any issues and providing timely delivery reminders.

The estimated salary for this role is between $50,000 and $70,000 per year, depending on location and performance.
