Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the MRI department, ensuring high-quality imaging services are consistently delivered.
  • Oversee daily MRI operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to maintain efficiency.
  • Perform MRI exams and ensure all images meet diagnostic standards.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment, ensuring adherence to safety, maintenance, and operational protocols.
  • Mentor and train MRI technologists, promoting professional growth and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Monitor and manage department performance metrics, including patient satisfaction and service efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
  • ARRT certification in MRI required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an MRI Technologist.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
