Job Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the MRI department, ensuring high-quality imaging services are consistently delivered.
- Oversee daily MRI operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to maintain efficiency.
- Perform MRI exams and ensure all images meet diagnostic standards.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes.
- Maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment, ensuring adherence to safety, maintenance, and operational protocols.
- Mentor and train MRI technologists, promoting professional growth and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Monitor and manage department performance metrics, including patient satisfaction and service efficiency.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
- ARRT certification in MRI required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an MRI Technologist.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
