Responsibilities:

* Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets and cash flow statements.
* Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential areas for improvement.
* Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts.
* Collaborate with other AP & AR departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the environmental services or logistics industry.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
* Proficiency in accounting and ERP software, such as NetSuite, Excel, or SAP.

Preferred Qualifications:

* CPA certification.
* Knowledge of environmental regulations and reporting requirements.
* Experience with OptaPlanner, Waste360, or Sofpak.

Location:

* Onsite in Chester County, PA

Compensation:

* $80,000 - $100,000 base salary + competitive benefits package (health benefits, 401k, tuition reimbursement, stock options)
