Join Our Team as a Boat Builder

We are seeking a skilled Boat Builder to join our team at Millcreek TAMSEN MARITIM GmbH, a leading shipyard in Rostock, Germany. As a Boat Builder, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining boats and ships up to 70 meters in size.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Construction and repair of boats, yachts, and smaller ships
  • Processing of plastic and wood to create components
  • Repair and conversion work, surface treatment
  • Adjustment, maintenance, and servicing of machines and tools
Requirements:
  • Secondary school diploma
  • Good grades in mathematics and physics, as well as a strong spatial imagination
  • Responsibility, reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
  • Manual dexterity, technical understanding, flexibility, and a strong customer focus
