Job Summary

About the Role

This position involves providing clinical and emotional support to our patients and their families, as well as coordinating care with ancillary staff and communicating effectively with physicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric nursing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a clinical resource for our team, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest quality of clinical outcomes.
  • Perform thorough physical and psycho-social assessments, identifying potential barriers to health and managing patient medication profiles.
  • Efficiently communicate lab and test results to providers, ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience.
  • Complete triage and annual wellness visits, as well as care management and coordination of chronic conditions.
  • Provide patient education, reviewing plans of care and ensuring patients understand their treatment options.
Requirements
  • Degree in Nursing
  • Current Florida RN Licensure
  • Previous nursing experience in an acute care setting preferred
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and opportunities for professional growth and development.
