Role Summary
IntegriDATA is on the lookout for motivated professionals to join our expanding professional services team, focusing on the implementation of our top-tier enterprise licensed software solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Data Management - Acquire raw data from clients (vendors, funds, deals, projects, employees, agreements, etc.), analyze, transform, and load it into our database.
- Requirements Gathering - Collaborate with stakeholders to document comprehensive needs for software enhancements.
- Functional Specifications - Create detailed documentation of requirements to guide our Developers in engineering the final solution.
- Data Integration - Analyze and define data mapping and translation logic to facilitate automated data transmission between systems.
- Application Configuration - Design the utilization of data fields to meet end-user requirements effectively.
- Technical Deployment - Assist in the installation of software in client environments and conduct initial testing.
- User Training and Quality Assurance - Train end users and perform testing (QA, integration, and parallel) to ensure functionality meets expectations.
- Project Management Support - Aid in the preparation and upkeep of project definition documents, project plans, and ongoing status updates.
- Work Planning - Develop work plans and other project analyses related to the project work breakdown structure.
Experience Required
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing enterprise software applications (experience in accounting systems and/or hedge fund or private equity is advantageous).
- Previous employment at a consulting or software solutions firm is preferred.
- Educational background - a bachelor's degree in Quantitative Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Coursework in Accounting is a plus.
- A Master's Degree in Financial Risk Management is an advantage.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
- A high energy level and innovative thinking in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient knowledge of advanced MS Excel functionalities and SQL.
- A desire to work in diverse client business environments aiming to enhance processes, procedures, and controls through redesign and/or automation.
