Role Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist II to join our team at Cardinal Health. In this role, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day pharmaceutical care and management of patients, interacting with patients, healthcare providers, clinics, and prescribers involved with the patient, and reviewing prescriptions prior to dispensing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pharmaceutical care and management of patients
  • Interact with patients, healthcare providers, clinics, and prescribers involved with the patient
  • Review prescriptions prior to dispensing and verify all questionable prescriptions
  • Ensure appropriate storage of products in the facility and compliance with all laws, regulations, and accrediting agencies standards
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in pharmacy and 3-5 years of related pharmacy experience. You must also be licensed to practice pharmacy in Texas and have past retail or specialty pharmacy experience. Additionally, you will need to be available to work ON SITE, 10am-7pm, Monday through Friday, and be on-call quarterly.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated hourly range for this role is $49.40 - $70.65 per hour.
