The Senior Financial Manager will serve as a key partner to the CFO and executive leadership in managing the company's financial operations, ensuring precise financial reporting, adherence to accounting standards, and effective management of financial resources. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all financial operations, encompassing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Develop and oversee annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads and senior management.
  • Conduct regular financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and other financial reporting standards.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Coordinate external audits and act as the primary liaison for auditors.
  • Implement and uphold robust internal controls to protect company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and long-term planning.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial management, particularly within the machinery manufacturing sector.
  • Demonstrated experience with financial systems administration and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software, including AccountMate, Deacom, and Global Shop.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time role. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
